"I had significant water damage to the kitchen floor and walls. Damage extended into a stairwell as well as the garage. Dry wall and insulation were removed. After everything was dry, Paulo's company handled the entire job: Insulation and drywall instillation, painting, and floor refinishing. They did a great job on all accounts. The employees were courteous and cleaned up each day. It was an extensive job and they did it in a timely fashion. Paulo visited the job site every day. With each new phase of the job, he came to the job site early to show his crew what needed to be done. He checked in to make sure that we were happy. He was timely in the initial appointment. "I wish the deck had been better cleaned before painting, specifically the small acorns and twigs in the cracks Now when we remove them it takes some of the paint off leaving an opening for moisture to permeate the wood. Carlos was efficient in finishing the job in a timely manner and pleasant to work with."
