At the time I received a quote for setting up a drip sprinkler system for the front yard, which I pursued. All was completed within 10 days period. Experienced fast communication and good work. Since then, some of the pressure treated wood 4x4s have begun to split and the concrete that was used to support the 4x4s was starting to crumble. Both of these issues indicated that the products he used and the techniques he used are not great quality. The team that came to do the physical work, led by Hugo, was fine, but I expected a professional service that included both design and supervision ? not something I had to manage myself. I was also charged $185 for a tree rose without being told its price in advance, adding to my dissatisfaction. Overall, I had a very bad experience with Roy and Nick. They are dishonest, and you may end up with a much higher bill than initially quoted. I wish I had researched their reviews more carefully before hiring them, and I would not recommend them."
