Given I am allergic, I needed help ASAP vs waiting for a very slow HOA (there had been no action after 7 days). We agreed for them to swing by early evening after a full day of yard work, and either they could make a recommend and come back, or take care of then. Communication was great, very responsive, professional and kind. They quickly pulled up tons of roots (even more than I thought was there) from both my patio garden, and into the HOA area where these plants originated.
