"Duramax got back to me the same day I called and was out the next day to look at the guttering. I got an estimate for the work that day which was reasonable for the work that needed to be done and told them to go ahead with the repair. The crew was out on Monday, less than a week after I had contacted Duramax, and got the majority of the work done that day. There turned out to be some additional damage that needed to be repaired that took a little longer than expected so they finished up this morning (Wednesday - it rained all day Tuesday; gutter was in place they just needed to close up the underside and clean-up). As with the work that they did on the shingled part of the roof I am delighted with the work Duramax has done."

"Tammy and her crew do fantastic work. They have been our go to roofing company for over 10 years. When our 22 year old roof finally gave up the ghost, we booked them to replace it. They worked with the materials delivery schedule, which was a Friday morning delivery. The crew showed up the very next day just before 7AM. It turned out to be an extremely hot and humid day, but the guys just chugged away, only stopping for lunch around 1PM. Roof and cleanup was completely done by 6PM. They were very careful during the tear off process to avoid any damage to our backyard garden that is right up against our house, and kept all the debris out of our in ground pool. The architectural style shingles and USA’s awesome work have given us a beautiful new roof. We highly recommend them, and Tammy and her crew will continue to be our roofing contractor for the future."

The entire process, working with John Borwoy our sales rep with Bone Dry, homeowners insurance and choosing new roofing shingles was a smooth process. John helped us throughout the entire process and kept us informed with each step. As issues came up, there was great communication with John to solve each situation. The workers who removed the old shingles and installed the new ones were simply the best. The foreman of the crew, Gerardo, was the best. He kept us informed when a problem arose with the decking and let us know how it was being resolved. He did keep in touch with us throughout the whole job. Cleanup was very thorough. "Rob & his crew from CRP Contractors did a fantastic job in replacing my wind/hail damaged roof as well as installing new gutters/downspouts. The estimate was fair & affordable. Rob was upfront & honest throughout the entire process and was always willing & able to answer any of my questions in a timely fashion. They completed the entire roof in one day & then took care of the gutters right after. They also did an amazing job on the clean up, leaving absolutely nothing behind. "My husband met with Gary (I was at work) and he provided my husband with a folder full of glossy pictures. I had Universal Roofing do some work for me in the past (roof and gutters) when I was living in another house and was anticipating hiring them again to roof my new house. However, when we received the estimate, which was very detailed, it was much higher in price than we were anticipating paying to roof our house and chose the other company. Universal is a good roofing company, but just a little on the expensive side."

"I had a very positive experience with Jackson. Cody was very helpful in the estimating and scheduling of the roof. He addressed all of my worries and concerns about my existing roof, and provided a detailed written estimate. I was pleased with the timeliness and and quality of work. My preexisting leak appears to be remedied. My parents have also used this company with similar results, and I have already recommended them. If I had a complaint about anything, it would only be that I wished communication had been a bit more prompt, but in the end, it was not a big deal. Please be careful to get several quotes when buying this type of product. Angie’s list/Homeadvisor shared my inquiry with some companies that were clearly out to take advantage of those who are not well informed."

"I researched Angies List and found Jordan Roofing.  I called Don and he was able to come out in 2 days to take a look.   Don was very polite and professional.  He came by for an estimate on Friday evening.   He and his crew were out the next day with a package of shingles to match my existing roof...not an easy thing to do since the shingles have a reddish tint .  The repair looks awesome... I inspected it up close.  Unless I look really hard I can't see a difference in the color of the shingles.   While he was up there he replaced a couple of other shingles,  that were damaged in a diff section of the roof...for no extra charge.  I will definately be calling Mr. Jordan if, God forbid, I have any other needs.  Great customer experience! <br />"
