Quite creative as well, displaying impressive skills in problem solving with this specific job. Needed a custom section of wood floor trim to be used as a carpet transition strip, between a bedroom and the hallway, where an old seam would no longer stretch long enough to hide the seam itself. Simon created the transition strip on the spot with a sample of some wood flooring planks I had been holding as back up. Quite impressed with Simon's abilities, plus we were not charged a penny more for this additional work, which was not part of the original quote that was also quite reasonable. "He did a real good job of cleaning up. He has a helper and he always works with him. He does not put him on the job and come back and check later. He did a good job and he was supposed to give me an estimate on repairing of the wall. He was honest and hardworking and that is why i went with me. I am concerned about matching colors on my roof and he paid details to that. My brother said however they had not fill up a couple of ports on the roof. He thought they over looked it other than that he did a good job."

"Job went pretty smooth! We had some inclement weather so scheduling was a bit tough at the start, but once the weather cleared, the guys were ontime and cleaned up at the end of each day. They removed and disposed of all the old T1-11 siding, added a moisture barrier and installed new vinyl board and batten siding. We had all the fascia board wrapped and new soffit vents plus a few other odds and ends. Job took about 2 weeks to complete, including punch list items. Brandon and his team did a solid job and I would recommend them for any siding job."
