"This is the 2nd time we've used Dave's Hauling.  He picks up the phone or calls back within minutes.  He makes an appointment either next day or the day after at the most.  This time, I forgot that I had a bunch of paint and didn't alert him before hand (paint has special rules for disposal).  He had no issue.  Also, this haul had a lot of smaller items so it was more labor intensive and took more time.  He didn't charge me any more than his standard rate.  He's friendly and the team is respectful.  The first time we used him, the truck didn't get full and he worked with my wife to see what else we could take; even stayed around for her to call me and ask about some things.
