A sales representative was sent out to evaluate the existing asphalt roof and confirmed that it needed replacing, but afterward, he spent almost an hour pitching various asphalt shingle products. He was clearly knowledgeable and knew his stuff about asphalt roofing. While the rep was friendly, he didn't seem to have as much in-depth knowledge or experience with installing metal roofing. We were confused about why a rep with more metal roofing knowledge was not sent out as we had no interest in the asphalt shingles. Therefore, we ultimately did not feel comfortable selecting RainDrop to install a new metal roof."

"The crew installing the roofing worked very good together. They did a good job of cleaning up. The job was finished in 2.5 days. If I had any questions about the product or installation they gave me good answers."

"Materials we selected and they provided was excellent. The three man crew who did the actual work were hard working young men. Two of the three days they worked more than 12 hrs, one of which they were concerned it might rain and they wanted to get the roof dry sheeted. It didn't rain! Was not impressed with the person who was supposed to be the supervisor. He only showed for about 10-15 minutes each of two days. He was never here on the third day or when the workers finished the job to give it a final check. I called to have someone come and do a final inspection before the installers left and was told no one would be available for three days. Even at that I would probably still have the company do a roofing job."

"I can think of no other construction firm that I’ve had a better experience with than Gibson Roofing. And I’ve seen a LOT. From the first minute talking with Steve there was an air of calm professionalism and knowledge that I came to rely on. In my case it wasn’t clear that a re-roof was necessary. Steve, in an attempt to help make it through one more winter, and without charge, applied sealant around some questionable venting that was not correctly installed 19 years ago. Later we talked at length about better options, and the more I learned about the capabilities of his firm and the quality of Owens Corning roofing materials it was clear that Gibson Roofing is exceptional and I would be well served to utilize their skills. A very competitive same day estimate complete with specifications and a detailed roof drawing framed the proposal nicely. Steve was able to fit the job into my narrow time frame late in this season, and I am very thankful for that. His highly skilled crew descended on my house and had the job done in a couple of days, and it looks great! It kind of freaked out my cats but they’ll get over it. The cleanup afterward was spectacular. I’ve never seen it done better. They’ll be back in a week or so to do gutter repairs as a separate job and I’m looking forward to it."
