All were answered in a very professional and calming manner. Jonathan and his staff were very confident and knowledgeable. There was never a moment where we felt like this was the wrong decision and we absolutely love the finished product. Installers Tyler, Justin and James were not only respectful of our property, but were so well organized, efficient and cleaned up after themselves. It took 2 days to complete the entire job, 1 day for each window. They showed up when they said they would and were done each day by 2:30 PM. If your looking for quality work by some highly trained folks, you have to call Jackson Egress Windows."

They were so polite, and respectful and made sure there was no damage to anything as they were moving steel beams to my basement ( my fridge was an object in the way to the basement door ) Do not let competitors make you question the validity of this business. they were fantastic. I would choose mid-state basements for any basement project I had. Please use my review to know that mid-state basement systems will do the job the right way and how you need it to be done. "We used Russell Laine Construction to have a damaged bridge removed and rebuilt over a flowing stream. Ed Becker, owner, project manager and worker, was there for us throughout the project. We cannot say enough about their commitment to quality and service. Once the project was begun it became obvious that they were interested in doing the best job possible. They handled needed changes as the project progressed with confidence and good sense, while keeping us posted. We were impressed with their attention to detail and are delighted with the end result. The project was started in December and they had to contend with adverse weather conditions. In spite of this, the project was completed ahead of schedule and at a lower cost than competitors' bids. "The removed a window and installed a door in its place. It was a walkout at ground level so no excavation required, but they did have to cut through concrete vlock on the lower half. Very reasonable pricing. Professional crew who were also able to have fun and obviously enjoy what they do. Highly recommend."
