"After researching and talking with other window installers, we decided to go with Jackson Egress. After several emails and them coming out to check the existing window, we agreed to the to have the 48x48 slider installed. My wife wanted the larger window for getting more light into the basement and I wanted the larger window so I could bring large objects into the basement. It was going to take over a month to get to our window but we agreed to the wait They arrived promptly at 8 as promised and began working. After working a little while I was informed that they would not be able to install the 48x48 and could only install the smaller window (no price difference). When my wife began to have reservations about the smaller window they acted as if they were going to just stop working and leave. Not wanting to have to wait months longer and wanting to start our basement remodel as soon as possible, we reluctantly agreed to the smaller window. On the plus side, they were punctual, respected our property and worked very hard to professionally install the window that they wanted to install. When everything was finished it looked great but I would not use their service again."

Even with heavy rain delaying the project, the office called each day until they could start. When finished, the planter looked better than when first built. Also, the clean up was amazing. "They arrived on time and were very careful about cleaning up after the project, however upon closer inspection of the work, I noticed that one bricks was placed upside down and the corner of the step was not square. Plus, mortar was left on the brick faces. I tried for four months to get them to come back to finish the job and they keep promising to come but never show up. Eventually, they did come back and correct the project and finish their work, including cleaning the brick faces. They apologized for not coming back and for not communicating as well as they could have. They said they had several projects out of state to work on. and they were only home on the weekends."

"The removed a window and installed a door in its place. It was a walkout at ground level so no excavation required, but they did have to cut through concrete vlock on the lower half. Very reasonable pricing. Professional crew who were also able to have fun and obviously enjoy what they do. Highly recommend."

"Buckeye Custom Contracting Corp. installed a new roof on my home with upgraded architectural dimensional shingles. Owner Mike Speziale supervised and performed the work along with his crew. It was no easy task. I have a hip roof which required 50 squares of shingles. A gazebo attached to my deck was re-roofed as well to match the home. Mike & his crew did not give me a rush job , they spent 5 days on the project working late into the evenings and it looks marvelous. Mike also does more than roofing  and I had him do two other jobs at my home as well for which I will submit other reports.."
