Dan Faris and his crew did a marvelous job of tackling every step of the process; from planning, permitting, design, teardown, removal of old garage and every facet of the build. Unlike some contractors I've experienced in the past, he listened to our wants and needs. Discussing what could and couldn't be done while providing the details. I knew they were offering us to be partners in the process, not telling us what the project would be like others had. The team was professional and reliable i knew I could trust them in every facet. "Our experience with Paul our Sales Rep and Chris & Brandon our installation team was excellent. Paul suggested we replace the glass in our current wood windows rather than the entire window which was a definete cost savings. Chris & Brandon did a great job of replacing any failing pieces of trim on our existing windows. They had to remove a window box form our kithchen that required seperating a marble slab from our backsplash and they executed it perfectly."

"Sean was awesome from the get-go. He was incredibly responsive, answered all my questions, and gave me a "best guess" number over the phone even before he had seen the window that was being replaced. He then showed up with his team (exactly on time) and they did the measurements and were right on with their initial estimate. The glass was a few weeks out to order (given the size) but right when they got it, Sean called and set up a delivery. Again, they were right on time within the window that they said for doing the install and were quick to get the old window out, and the new one put in place. It went perfectly, and it looks as good as new. I will use them again any time I have anything glass related 100%. Thanks guys."
