He identified that the existing downspouts were improperly sized, and that a few more downspouts needed to be added. Over the course of a week, he completed the work and it looks fantastic. Since the work has been completed, we've had several heavy rainfall periods. Typically, parts of our roof would turn into waterfalls over the edge of the roof during heavy rain. Since Miguel did the work, every drop of water has gone down the downspouts as planned, with no excess water over the edge. I highly recommend working with Miguel and Nobility Roofing!"

They didn't argue, instead they inspected the roof and located the leaks very quickly. They installed tarps, sprayed the black mold that had formed and used plywood to secure a waterlogged area of the ceiling. They did precisely what I had asked for and charged a reasonable amount. Not only that, but his team also found another area of my roof that was severely damp and needed repair with a new covering. Though now I have to look for another roof cleaner. :( The rest of their work was beautiful and I truly felt like Avi cares for the work he and his team do. I mean, he even came back a few days later to show me all the changes when I requested it. If it came down to it, I would likely ask for their help again for any roof repair or complete replacement. :)"
