While the appointment did not start promptly, he was courteous and professional and worked very hard, hand scrubbing two recliners and a sofa, as well as a standard synthetic area rug. Since I had him here and my stairs and landings were in dire need as well, he did that also. I have a few bedrooms to clean also, and he gave me a good price for them, so I have scheduled a come-back at the end of this month.
