"We purchased a lawn Fountain (4 tiers) from D&D Ornamental & Statuary in Baton Rouge a few years ago, along with a pump.  This month, the pump went out.  We purchased a new one at the same Baton Rouge store and had it professionally installed.  Within a week, the pump failed to function.  I called Mike Dubois, the Owner, and discussed the problem.  He personally came to my house, replaced the defective pump with a new one at no charge, and had me up & running within 20 minutes. <br /> Over the years, whenever we've purchased large Cement Statues for our hotel and home from D&D in Napoleonville (about 40 minutes from Baton Rouge), the delivery was on time and the installers knew exactly how to position the statues, making sure they were leveled, and in the best sight line.  And they didn't take all day to do their job!   At every step of the process, from suggestions on what to purchase, to installation and especially SERVICE after the sale in this last case, the Dubois' have been most professional and stand by their products.  I highly recommend D&D to anyone contemplating a purchase of fountains and/or statues for their home or business. <br /> . <br />"

"Warmzone has been very responsive. However, the installers made mistakes installing the system and when they went to correct it, somehow caused damage that made the system inoperable. They had to come back a year later and redo it. Now it works pretty good. Every time I've had questions Warmzone has been very responsive. i would use them again--but use their recommended installers and not my contractors who did it last time. <br /> One caveat: The system doesn't always work perfectly in very cold weather with fast accumulating snow. We have old-fashioned clay brick pavers. Next time I'll send Warmzone a sample of the pavers so that they can test for the power needed to operate the system effectively. <br /> But--they sell a great product and they're very helpful to deal with. They'll get right on the phone with you and troubleshoot, even long after the sale. <br />"
