I was not totally comfortable with the idea of leaving a service provider in my house all alone. Perhaps I am too suspicious but he said it was a law that the house be vacated by humans and pets while the spraying was being done. As it turned out, there was no problem with that, thank goodness. The real test of success will be to see if carpenter ants or mice reappear in the near future. I am just hoping the A rating is well deserved. Finally, I have to say the woman I spoke to at the office was extremely knowledgable and pleasant. Her very positive attitude went a look way in getting me to commit to this company's service.
