"Everything went so smoothly right from the beginning. Dennis and his workers were punctual, neat and thorough. Our house looks beautiful now. There were a lot of woodpecker holes, some rotted wood and the porch rails all needed replacing, as well as a large section of shingles. We also decided to upgrade the front door frame, and it looks great. We had checked with several contractors, and Exact Contractors’ pricing was right in the middle, so we took a chance and couldn’t be happier! They really take pride in their work."

The biggest benefit I found with Kevin was that he would take care of the little things, like coming back to put on cabinet hardware as well as connecting the sink once the countertops were installed (even though it was weeks after he had completed cabinet installation).
