"I hired Crump and Company in December and gave them a $1000 deposit to install a glass enclosure on a shower. Jamie, the head guy, had to have the deposit to order everything. Last week on 2/21/25, he canceled the install for the 5th time, claiming that the parts weren't in yet. I asked for my deposit back and he told me that he would gladly return my money. He has yet to do so"

Simplicity Doors (formerly Rowan Custom Doors) was founded in 1998 by David Kauffman and acquired in 2010 by Roman Troyer. We now have two installation/service trucks on the road with three employees. For all residential work, $0 down and payment in full on completion of project. Commercial projects have terms negotiated on a project-by-project basis.
