"I hired Crump and Company in December and gave them a $1000 deposit to install a glass enclosure on a shower. Jamie, the head guy, had to have the deposit to order everything. Last week on 2/21/25, he canceled the install for the 5th time, claiming that the parts weren't in yet. I asked for my deposit back and he told me that he would gladly return my money. He has yet to do so"

We are a small company with low overhead, we have 2 to 3 employees based on work load with myself not only pricing the job but also performing the tasks at hand needing to be done. our billing procedurs are based on job size most of the time payment due upon reciept, some occasions materials to be paid up front.
