"The person came to tell me about all the services Weed Man would be providing me to provide a "lawn assessment."  I was told that the quack grass covering my lawn would be eliminated by using their services.  They also said that they will automatically continue my contract with Weed Man once the Veridian package has run out.  (This made me a little leery of what kind of business I was dealing with). <br /> I then read through the materials the company left for me that provided the information on their services.  They must have accidentally included a page that was meant for the Weed Man employee, since it went over all the things to talk to the customer about, and then said "DO NOT UPSELL THE CUSTOMER AT THIS POINT."  I realized I had been dealing with the equivalent of a used car dealership.  The paperwork also specifically said their product do NOT remove quack grass as I had initially been told by the "consultant," who was obviously a sales person. <br /> I do not trust or want to do business with this company once my Veridian contract is over.  I will be watching my mailbox like a hawk to make sure they don't "forget" to cancel my service once the Veridian paid package is done. <br /> <br /> <br />"

"The work is done in a timely and thorough manner with little/no disruption in our own busy schedules. Fertilizing occurs spring and fall, and weed spraying at least that often. Flags are always left with the treatment date on them, as well as when to remove. We put off doing this for years, and now wonder why! Our lawn looks the best it ever has, with minimal cost and no thought on our part at all."

"We had them for years until they burned out my grass. They did okay until that time. I thought the price was reasonable. In 2014 when we hired them to do work, they said they'd be out and they didn't show. I called them and they said they'd show up at another time but they didn't. I called again and they said they'd bring out someone on that day. That was difficult to deal with. With lawns, everything has to be timed right. When I called them to do aerating this year, they e-mailed me saying they would do the job.When I called them, they said it was too late. I had to complain because the e-mail said they could come out and do the aerating. They really need to make improvements with timeliness. They should also show up when they schedule and when they do, they shouldn't burn out the grass. They shouldn't over fertilize. They would only do the front part of the yard. They would never do the upper or lower half. They should be more diligent. I think part of it is because they send out youngsters with no supervision. I don't really understand professionalism."
