The reason for the "B" grade in responsiveness is because we had to follow-up with them between their first visit for the estimate and the second visit to do the work. The "B" for price is just because it seems high, but we didn't have another estimate to compare to."

"Overall the service was good, not great. I hired Joy Cleaning for a deep cleaning of my empty home prior to moving in. Shortly before they were scheduled to arrive, I was notified that they were delayed by two hours. Upon arrival, they went to work upstairs. I had to pre-pay for a 3 hour minimum and they were finished a little after 2 hours. Kind of sucks, but I was aware of the minimum prior to booking. Also, the home was empty so there was nothing to clean around, no blinds, didn't need the oven cleaned. In the end: the house is clean and they finished it a lot quicker than I would have. The service was pretty detailed - baseboards, windows, ceiling fans, dusting, and more. My detractors are that they arrived late and used my trash bags and paper towels."
