"ForeverLawn PennOhio did turf replacement project on a deck that runs the entire length of my house, approximately 40 feet. They lifted an existing indoor outdoor carpet without disrupting the underlying water proofing. They then applied a turf surface, which resembles a putting surface. The edging turf is like the second cut of a putting green and is sculpted. The grass all looks very realistic and lush and cushioned. Nice to walk on and looks great. The placed two putting cups into the surface which adds to the fun. The crews are professional, courteous and neat. Jim and Betty Leone are great to work with. "Sione asked us to water the seeded area daily for 7-10 days. The grass started coming in on the 7th day. It is now 10 days since the seed was put down and the grass is coming in beautifully.  Even though the weather was rather cool and we even had a frost after the seeding was done, there has been no problem at all.
Sione also did some unexpected things for us. He edged around flower beds and at the base of a number of trees in our backyard that were not previously edged. Once we put down some mulch these extra touches will make our yard look like it was professionally landscaped.  The workers cleaned up after themselves and all the yard waste and moss was removed.
In summary, we were extremely pleased with the work that was done by Sione's company and were impressed with the quickness of his response to our initial phone call and how he kept in touch to let us know when he and his workers would be coming.  It is clear that the reputation of his company is important to him.

"We hired Quality Landscapes and Hardscapes first to replace our retaining walls and steps. Keith scheduled our estimate promptly and provided a detailed overview of what needed to be done. Work was completed as expected. Keith was there everyday to oversee what was going on and the walls are exactly what we wanted. We hired them again to run drainage in our yard and do our landscaping after a new porch was installed. Both times having them at the house, they provided great communication, quick and thorough service, detailed explanations up front and answered all of our questions after landscaping was installed regarding care. "That guy was excellent! He gets an “A” rating, he did a fine job there. He knows his stuff too. What stood up to me the most was that he was on time, had the right equipment and he was quite familiar with the appropriate lawn seed for western Pennsylvania. The price was an “A” giving the amount of work aerating is. They were very responsive. He was there on time. I intend to use them again, I’m hoping the next time he puts the offer back out there again. It will probably be fall again. "I had a few concrete steps that I wanted to have repaired before an upcoming home appraisal. (Also, I was growing increasingly worried that I or my mail carrier were going to twist an ankle.) Because the job was a repair, I had a difficult time finding a company willing to come and give me an estimate. After many calls and either outright rejections or no callbacks, Ken from RJL called me and said he could come out the next day to give me an estimate. He was prompt and his estimate was fair, so I told him to go ahead and put the job on his schedule. He asked me when my appraisal was and worked to finish the repair job before that date. The work was only completed today, but it looks great (way better than the patches the previous homeowner used) and he paid great attention to detail in his work. He was efficient, respectful of my time, and genuinely concerned about the quality of the work he was doing.

I've already recommended this company to a friend, and received some casual estimates from Ken on other concrete projects I need to complete around the outside of my house. They'll be the first ones I call when I have the money for them :) "
