"Everything went really well! Carlos recommended the colors and pattern and turned out super. The only thing is, I wish the edge of the concrete by the pool was finished a little better. Still gave it a five because communication professionalism and work was great."

"I told Chris it’s a piece of artwork. The team worked hard to make it look that way! They didn’t speak English, but we communicated with sign language. They were on time and got the job done in one day; working until 9- we still had daylight. My husband was in the hospital so most of the time I was not there to supervise; that’s good work ethic! I will recommend them in a heartbeat. Chris even asked how my husband was. That’s a kindness I will not forget. ?"

"Replace over 2000 sq. ft. of driveway area We were impressed with the quality of Croshier Concrete’s management and operations on our driveway project. It was evident from the first meeting that Van Croshier was a concrete professional. He and his crews were on schedule, on budget and communicated often to keep us informed. Croshier solved our significant water pooling problem by carefully sloping the driveway and installing two drains underneath. The crews cleaned up daily and thoroughly at the end of the project. The cost was very reasonable, and we enjoyed the personal attention from a family-owned company. Our finished driveway-with extra detailing around the edge-is as beautiful as concrete can be. Highly recommend"

"Excellent finished project! Frank is very professional, explains every detail as it goes to plan. Returns phone calls and texts immediately. Would highly recommend Frank and his company! First class business!!!"

"This is our second time using One Concrete. The service and pricing have been absolutely amazing! Our recent project was a Concrete Patio and Steps down with a complete Concrete Firepit Ring. Project before was driveway, side drive and a Concrete pad. The attention to detail and overall service I can't begin to talk about how perfect and professional. I already have a project for next year and when we are ready will be calling One Concrete!"

"We had a 25 year old deck 14X16 I final had to give in and have it replace with a New Patio...Silvers Concrete was priced fairly...They used a drone to get overhead of my backyard which helped my see the new patio in place before the old deck was removed...Very helpful...Silvers removed the old deck and replaced it with a new 20X20 Patio with curved front and two wedding cake steps...What a bunch of hard working guys on the crew we had...I spent the whole day watching and asking a few questions...Everything was done First Rate...Started At 9AM Finished At 7PM.Day One...Old deck gone and hauled away...New patio and steps framed, poured, and smoothed in to shape...All trash and construction burden gone...Came back the next day spent 2 hours Backfilling and Reinforcing the outside edge of the concrete and then seed the whole area...Best Group of Concrete Guys I've Ever Worked With...I'm not a Pro but over the years I've had concrete work done...around 5 or 6 times... "My 1985 Rotten Wooden Deck had to go! Researching all the different patio/deck options was a little overwhelming. I had hired Leveridge Landscaping years prior for my front yard landscaping and they did such a beautiful job, that I found another project for them to do in my backyard. Leveridge Landscapingâ s knowledge and creativity helped me narrow down the patio/deck choices to best complement my home. Their team: from the owner to the installers, were patient, respectful, answered all my questions. They helped me find that perfect patio vision that would work best for my needs, wishes and budget. We all like options and I was given 3 very affordable detailed option quotes based on the look I was trying to achieve. Leveridge Landscapingâ s quotes came in under 2 other Concrete Patio vendors. I chose the middle quote. My patio does NOT look like a middle quote. Pictures are better than words, so I have included some below. The quality and value of the work is so much more than I expected or dreamed! The patio is GORGEOUS! Their mastery and precision can only be summed up as they are Artists! They finished a day ahead of schedule, staying the day before until it was completed. The crew meticulously cleaned up after and they went above and beyond and even added topsoil and grass seed around the new patio. My neighborhood is already planning a cookout to break this Patio in, and I canâ t wait to share it with my family. I highly recommend Leveridge Landscaping for ALL your Landscaping needs!"
