"We recently had a fence installed with Ergeon April 2026. I had a full online consultation, which was great. The guy really listen to me ensured me they would handle all my concerns, and of course I would end up happy with the work. They came to do the initial on-site walk through, which is done prior to installation. Our guy didn't speak any English (not to be that person). He couldn't answer any of or question, he was asking us questions we couldn't understand, measuring things and what have you. Me and my husband were really concerned that the language barrier was going to cause issue with the installation. AND WE WERE RIGHT! I immediately called stating my concerns with the language barrier and how we couldn't understand anything and we want to make sure things will be done right.
