"I have a lot of construction going on in the property that sold behind me. There were a lot of trees and evidently they had rats. I knew that once they started clearing the rats were going to be coming my way -- they certainly did. Because I had a lot of hanging baskets I would water them daily and I saw rat poop up on my front porch railing and up on the wall. I mentioned this when Kelly was out when he was out doing weed control and fertilization. He told me they had pest control and they could get rid of the spiders and insects. I told him I saw some ants outside. So he was going to put me on that. So he came out with the rat traps -- the big black boxes where they crawl in. He put them in two locations He put poison in those little traps on 8/21/2017. It seems to be working. I have never had the pest control so I don't know what other companies charge."

"HIGHLY recommend Full Throttle Landscape! Our backyard is a slope and rain forms a small lake next to the foundation of our home. We hired Mark and his crew to build a retaining wall and install drainage in our backyard. Mark came over to see the space and give us a quote maybe a month ago. We were then able to be moved up due to some cancellations due to COVID. He checked with us specifically to see if we were comfortable with workers coming over, which we were, and was respectful of everyone's health and safety, as was the crew while they were here. Mark came out again to see the yard, confirmed his original quote, and the crew started work the next day. We changed the block color on him and he was so quick to call in the new order and make it happen (FYI went with the Rainier color). The crew hand dug a TON of dirt and installed a beautiful wall with steps, top stones, and drainage that extends to the front yard and connects to two downspouts from the house. They even took initiative and offered to remove a bunch of ugly concrete blocks between the new wall and our carport which opens up the whole space. It rained for the first time this weekend, and there is no longer any standing water at our foundation, or anywhere else in the yard! Mark and his guys are professional, hard workers, and Mark is very communicative and knowledgeable. We can't thank them enough for their work - we know who to call in the future!"

"I purchased a $99 for Sprinkler Startup deal to get my sprinklers set up for the summer.  He was on-time and very professional.  Got right to work.  Within about 30 minutes he had turned on water, set up timer, and examined all the sprinklers. <br /> I was told there were a few that were broken and had to be replaced. He quoted me around $250 to get everything fixed.  He was out there about two hours digging sprinklers up and replacing them. He even showed me old sprinkler heads so I could see what was wrong. It was more than I was planning on spending but figured it needed to be done and I didn't want to do it myself later.  I was pretty happy with the work at the time. <br /> The sprinklers were set to go off early morning and late at night so I never saw how they were working. One night I had to let dogs out and noticed that the sprinklers in the back yard were not set up correctly. The length of the water was too long so the weeds were getting watered instead of the lawn. That weekend I checked the set up and sure enough it made sense why I was starting to see dry spots in the front and back yard.  I spent over 2 hours replacing about 6 sprinkler heads and resetting the patters for the sprinklers.  Should have saved the $250 they charged me since I ended up doing it myself anyways. <br />"

"The technician was friendly and professional. He offered me suggestions on lawn care based on the current condition of my lawn; it was in a poor state due to weeds and moles. My lawn is coming back, is it green and grass is overcoming weeds. Bare spots are filling in."

"They were professional and reasonably priced. I had concerns about having it poured in the colder weather and they addressed them and provided reassurance. Very communicative when it was discovered that removal would be more difficult. Only ding- clean up was not exceptional, but not entirely their fault as it was wet and windy and somethings likely flew before they could get them. But did have some neighbors complain."
