"They do different stuff. They come out once a month and it is just the lawn care. It is very good. Kelly White is the person that comes out. If he catches me at home then we go over things, but if I am not home then they just do their job and hang the involce from on what they have done on the front door. If I needed anything I can always call or email him and he responds right back. I feel the price monthly is very good because I don't have to get out and do it. Plus when I did it myself the cost of the weed and feed after you buy the bags and every thing it is more than $43 plus the labor. He does a good job. He also does the rodent and pest control like spraying for spiders and bugs. He just comes. I am on a monthly schedule with them."

"I purchased a $99 for Sprinkler Startup deal to get my sprinklers set up for the summer.  He was on-time and very professional.  Got right to work.  Within about 30 minutes he had turned on water, set up timer, and examined all the sprinklers. <br /> I was told there were a few that were broken and had to be replaced. He quoted me around $250 to get everything fixed.  He was out there about two hours digging sprinklers up and replacing them. He even showed me old sprinkler heads so I could see what was wrong. It was more than I was planning on spending but figured it needed to be done and I didn't want to do it myself later.  I was pretty happy with the work at the time. <br /> The sprinklers were set to go off early morning and late at night so I never saw how they were working. One night I had to let dogs out and noticed that the sprinklers in the back yard were not set up correctly. The length of the water was too long so the weeds were getting watered instead of the lawn. That weekend I checked the set up and sure enough it made sense why I was starting to see dry spots in the front and back yard.  I spent over 2 hours replacing about 6 sprinkler heads and resetting the patters for the sprinklers.  Should have saved the $250 they charged me since I ended up doing it myself anyways. <br />"

He and his crew work efficiently and seem to know exactly what they are doing. They are accommodating of requests such as allowing me time to run gutter drainage under the new slab. I also framed a couple of pavers by our front door and he had his crew pour and finish them even though they weren't in the bid. I though our job was pretty big - a 19 x 60ft driveway up an incline, a 20x20ft parking pad and 5 steps. They did the demo in a day, prep work in a little less than a day split over two days and two separate pours of about 3-4 hours each. The more you know about what you want done and the more details you put in the scope of work will result in Sia knowing exactly what you want to have done. They are self-sufficient when working and pretty careful to minimize collateral damage."
