"The employee was polite and knowledgeable in sprinkler systems."

"We were very impressed with Jorge. Our sprinkler system has been running only 4 out of 9 circuits for years and we have had difficulty finding someone who appeared to know what they are doing. It is very difficult for someone to bid the job when they don’t really know what the problem is. We got two other bids, but they were just offhand bids like, $250 a sprinkler relay. Jorge turned on the sprinklers (which the other guys did not do) and in about 20 minutes of going through the circuits he had the whole system diagnosed. He could not, of course, give us a firm price, but we trusted his expertise. The work is not cheap, but his team works fast and knows what they are doing. I think it took about 2 days and he had installed a new controller and got all the circuits working, including one that we thought was buried under the sidewalk, and one that we had never hooked up. We had him come back later to add an additional circuit and put in landscape lighting. He was very patient with me about showing me how to program the controller, since the written instructions that came with it were terrible. He is coming back to winterize the system for us. He is the first person we will call for any of our landscaping equipment maintenance."

"Communication was good and work completed as agreed."

"Very good and work was very neat Reasonable cost too"

"Great! Technician arrived early and knew the system."

"He was on time, professional, courteous, and he found and fixed the problem quickly (within 1 minute). But he didn't take my money and run, he checked out each sprinkler zone, fixing a few sprinkler heads as he went. He also gave me advice on my front pond that was having issues. Lastly, he gave me a great deal! I was very impressed overall. I plan on using them again. Thanks, Kimball!"

"Excellent, the pruning was very professional and exactly what we requested. He arrived on time and cleaned all the debris before he left."

"The deal was for thatching of our yard.  They used a dethatching machine
and a rake and were only at our house for less than two hours.  We live
on a half acre of land, mostly grass area.  They ran the dethatcher
through so fast that they hardly caught any of the dead grass and moss
that was stuck down in the new grass.  You could hardly tell they dethatched anything.  They didn't check in with us before they left so we didn't even have an opportunity to chat with them about the quality.  They didn't check in when they arrived either.  There was no communication during the visit to even know if the services were satisfactory or to tell us that they wouldn't be able to get a thorough thatching.  I definitely would never use this company again.

"The work was done quickly and our fence looks great! I had received other bids and CR came in lowest and came highly recommended by a friend of mine. No mess left behind and Chris made sure we were happy with the job. Will recommend them!"

"If you want fantastic customer service and SUPERIOR work done on your property, then I would hire this company. They worked on my property in the winter, through torrential rain and miserable weather conditions overall. They came when they said they would come, and they were polite and hardworking. They are very easy to work with! I would recommend them to anyone."
