All of this happened at a difficult time for me, and I discovered that the owners, Alan and Liz, were some of the kindest and most generous people I have ever encountered. I was promised a completed roof back in November and it is June now and I still have not had the work done. I can not get anyone at the company to respond to me. Please do not use this company. Please do not give them any of your money. You will end up like me without a repaired roof and without your deposit money. They have made dealing with this kind of home repair a nightmare. I wish I had never done any business with them at all!"
