The only reasons they did not earn 5-stars are that one marked tree was overlooked (the ribbon was obscured by foliage) and one raked pile was forgotten in the rear of the property. Otherwise, it was very easy to work with Amanda at the office and they were able to get to the job a day earlier than originally projected. Scott's reporting was also excellent."

All trees were nearby the house. He chipped and hauled everything away and even blew the driveway when the work was done. "Although it took weeks to schedule someone to come out and give me an estimate, the actual pruning appt. was made fairly soon afterword. I am very impressed with this company. They are very knowledgeable and Cody explained what they were doing and why along the way. They were on time and cleaned up everything nicely. The trees look so much better (They have never had service), the canopies are raised and off the roof and ground, and they have been thinned out but not just chopped. Acorn is also going to prune my Crape Myrtles in the winter. I definitely recommend this company."

"Genesis Tree Service's team was right on time, ready to work. The fig tree in my backyard was large and unruly and it was a job to take down! The Genesis crew did an excellent job, cutting the large pieces into smaller ones so that the pieces would fit through the narrow walkway between my home and my fence line. None of the branches that were cut down fell anywhere near the structure of my home, my shed, or my neighbor's gazebo. Once the tree was down, the stump was ground down until nothing visible can be seen above ground. Additionally, they were able to remove the branches that were hanging over the fence into my neighbor's yard without leaving any branches behind in the neighbor's yard. The crew left my backyard cleaner than it has been in years! Best of all, the estimated cost for the job was the exact amount I was charged! I would definitely hire Genesis Tree Service again!"
