"It's been so frustrating finding quality home repair professionals. I had a leak develop in my roof that went into my second bedroom. I called a total of 22 roofing companies. Some never called back, some were too busy, some agreed to call me back but never did, others agreed to show up and never did or wanted to charge $150 service fee for an estimate. Luckily, I found this company. Not only did the owner answer the phone and was professional and friendly, he came out the next day AND WAS ON TIME!! He listened to my concerns and immediately examined my roof. He explained everything to me as to what happened and why. Gave me a reasonable quote and said he'd be to my house Tuesday. Lo and behold, he came a day early and repaired my roof. He advised, after I asked , to give it a couple really hard rains before repairing my interior. Well, I've been through two heavy soaking rains, and just had a three inch rain from a tropical storm. My roof is officially fixed! I am so happy that I've found this company. I will be hiring them again to do drywall repair and whatever else I need. I've already shared this company's information with all of my local friends that are looking for estimates. Professional and gets the work done!!"

"I had a leak in my laundry room, and had SlopePro come by to look at it. I was worried that they would try to pressure me into some huge purchase like other roofing companies, but that wasn’t the case. When they arrived, the found where the leak was, explained everything to me, and simply replaced a pipe boot. There was no high pressure sales tactics, they literally just fixed the leak. Not too long after, a huge storm blew off a few of my shingles. They came out again and WOW. Their knowledge of the industry is unparalleled. They handled everything for me, were always available for questions, provided top notch work, and I have a brand new roof that I can trust was done RIGHT (covered by insurance). These guys and gals are truly the most honest, transparent and professional people you could ever ask for when making roofing decisions. "Docherty Roofing was the most impressive company to respond to my request for a roof replacement. They were the first company to show up and provide us an estimate. John was professional and very knowledgeable, not to mention efficient as a quote was provided on the spot. They also offered a competitive warranty. John is an excellent salesman but did not try to force me into selecting his company. I interviewed a few other companies over a 4 week span and Docherty roofing still remained the most impressive. I provided the deposit and shortly after, the dumpster was delivered and they began working on my roof. Johnâ s team was also wonderful at keeping me informed and cleaning up after the job was done. They even blew away the leaves in my yard! I waited a bit to write this review and so far I have not experienced any leaks from my roof. A+ experience. I would definitely hire John and his team againâ ¦ but hopefully I wonâ t need to!"

"From the estimation to the installation communication with the company was prompt and often. The roofers arrived early in the morning and stayed for well over 8 hours to get the job completed. They cleaned up well after each day. My only compliant was that the roofing crew did not speak English well so it was hard to communicate with them regarding access to our backyard. When they left I received no communication on how the job went, just an invoice from the company. The price was well within the estimation which was a pleasant surprise. I did find one possible issue, and am awaiting an answer. Will update my review once this is settled, and once we get the rain storm scheduled for later in the week-will see if we have any leaks or issues. Update As Of 04/30/2020: This is an update to my 4/28/2020 review. Thought there was an issue with my roof and there wasn't, received prompt response this morning.
