"Jacob and his team (JI Roofing) were friendly, efficient and professional. Jacob patiently explained the process for roof removal installation to my wife and me, and then his team installed the roof exactly as explained. The roof had a number of different pitches and valleys which were addressed properly. JI installed ridge vents on three separate ridges, replaced an old gable vent, and correctly applied roofing to existing gutter helmets. JI removed a large, old, non-functional solar collector and an attic fan from the roof at no extra charge, which enabled a better roof installation. JI replaced an old skylight and trimmed / painted the interior skylight surround as needed. Upon completion of the roof installation, the JI team went through several rounds of cleanup, to ensure that the surrounding lawn and garden were free from debris.
