"Scott came to my sisters house to diagnose and repair a washer that was trickling cold water. He told her that the machine was not getting water and the problem was the valve and plumbing feeding the hoses. Call a plumber. I went there an had a look thinking that that was unusual to be blocked with public water and pressure. I disconnected the hoses from the washer and put them into the tub and turned the water back on. The wasn't a flow problem. It was the cold water solenoid on the machine that quit working. It is an electronically controlled valve. Kaput. I ordered one and replaced very easily. I called Scott and thought I'd tell him what the problem was. I wasn't angry, just gave him a call. I wasn't expecting him to raise his voice in defense of his misdiagnosis and what he charged. He told me she was lucky that I hadn't charged full price. lol. I said she was lucky that she didn't waste more money having a plumber tell her that there wasn't a water supply problem. I really wasn't expecting him to get loud and defensive. I thought he might be humble, admit a mistake and possibly offer a refund. But was told that he did her a favor only charging her $89.00."

"Had a technician come out to scope our drain line. He forgot the camera, so they had to return. The check was not cashed, so I feared this with all the fraud in the world this man had my check and could compromise the safety of it. Called 3X no return call Told me to call accounting and no one answered and the voicemail was not set up ??? Customer service is very, very bad. I would NEVER do business with them again!!!!"
