"Great experience. Harmond W diagnosed the issue within the first 10 minutes of our interactive video session. He immediately followed up with the part number of the part which had likely failed and a link to Sears PartsDirect to order the part. After our session I removed the wall oven from the kitchen cabinet enclosure, found the suspected part, and confirmed it had indeed failed (as we had discussed during our session. I just ordered the part, and will plan to complete the oven repair when it arrives in a week or so. I'll definitely plan to use this Neli service again when needed."

I have been in the construction industry in some capacity for almost 20 years now. I started in building maintenance and now I mange residential restoration projects ranging from $500-500,000.\nI love what I do and would love to be more hands on outside of the project management that I do only a daily basis.

"I was extremely impressed and satisfied with the service a received. The gentleman arrived exactly when he said he would arrive. He was friendly and I could immediately tell he knew what he was doing. He took a look at my broken fridge and instantly identified the problem. He gave me two options: a low cost option to keep it running for 6-12 months, or a part- replacement that may extend the life of the fridge for several years. I appreciated the flexibility he offered me. I will definitely call him again. He provided a wonderful service, and I recommend him to everyone who needs appliance repair! Five stars! Six stars if it was possible!!"
