Conscientious of  our personal space and thoroughly explained his company's products. I am very grateful that he listened to our needs and helped us to make an appropriate selection. He made sure all available discounts were afforded to our estimate. Which, by the way, was no different than the final bill. Throughout, Kirk has followed the team from Kape. Making sure of both the progress and our satisfaction every step of the way. Even driving out of his way, mid-installation to check in on the event. <br />  The crew member were a perfect picture of efficiency!  Every member on time. They arrived in tandem and all proceeded with their jobs immediately. First  placing tarps to protect our home, through out. Then having every single supply in order and available to themselves.  <br />  Yes, I have had workmen need to use my extension cords. <br />  Not these guys! Awesomesauce!! For a job that I was prepared to take all day, they were in and out of here in a matter of hours. They even took time to indulge my disabled son. Took time to answer even his questions. Not everyone does that.  All four were very polite and exceptional to deal with. The whole time being respectful of our home. What a joyful and pleasant surprise.
