"I had a tree leaning over the house that seem to be very very hard to cut down. I got a call from Lucius. He was referred by Angie’s list and I must say he did an awesome job. I have already referred him to someone else and would definitely use him again."

"Mike and Jody did a fantastic job. They were punctual and worked hard every day they were here. Mike listened to me and designed my new railing to fit my house and built it to last. I am very pleased with the work they did and will definitely refer them to my friends."

"I couldn’t be more happy with the process and the results!! Working with Jake and Parkstone Construction was unlike any other contractor experience I have ever had. He was very kind, a clear communicator, and a man of his word. Seems like it should be a given, but that hasn’t been the case in the past with other contractors we have hired (just getting those previous guys to show up when they said they would was enough to drive me crazy)! I am now thrilled every time I drive up to our house. The quality of the materials, the workmanship, and the end result are all just incredible. We will absolutely be calling Parkstone every time we need help with anything even remotely related to construction."

"To start...Don't use RoundAbout Fencing/ Frank Troy Kerce. The job will not be completed!! Troy responded to my Angi request for fence work. Showed up at my house quickly, walked the yard, discussed the job, and assured me he could have it finished in a week or less. He started the next day, I paid him some $ upfront (my mistake for sure). I paid for my wood on my accounts. He maybe made it two partial days, then the excuses came. His dad was in the hospital, diabetic issues, then cancer. I felt sympathetic. I am a person that sees the good in all... Tried to be accommodating and understanding. He can work ya pretty good-- For weeks there were multi excuses, promised days of being at my house, so many texts of "I'll be there" and no show each time. For weeks! We finally cut ties, made attempts to get some $ back, and now filing small claims court paperwork. Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere- it's sad, b/c you want someone to be successful and not have negative reviews... We even gave him many opportunities to do the right thing."

FAQs for wood fence repair projects in Meigs, GA

The time it takes to install a swimming pool fence varies depending on the project's complexity. A simple installation can be completed in about two hours. However, if your project involves concrete work, regrading, custom installations, or challenging terrain, it could take up to two full days. Each additional factor increases the labor and time needed to ensure your fence meets safety standards.

Yes, installing a lock on your pool gate enhances safety by preventing unauthorized access. A self-closing, self-latching gate with a key-lock mechanism provides strong protection, helping to keep children and pets safe. Securing your pool gate adds an extra layer of security and offers peace of mind when using the pool area.

A pool fence requires a specific height to secure the pool area. In most states, the fence must be 48 inches tall; some regulations require 60 inches for enhanced safety. Checking local building codes guarantees compliance with these height requirements. A taller fence strengthens protection and improves the overall security of your pool area, ensuring it meets stringent safety standards.

Mesh and tempered glass are among the safest pool fencing choices because their design and smooth surfaces make them resistant to climbing attempts. They provide consistent, rigid barriers that prevent unauthorized access to your pool area. These materials ensure optimal safety for children and pets. In addition, incorporating a pool safety net further enhances protection and addresses additional security concerns, ensuring that your pool remains a safe environment for all users.

Pool fencing requirements vary by local, state, and federal regulations. In most states, installing a pool fence is mandatory for safety and insurance purposes. Ask your pool fence pro for local regulations or check with your local planning department to understand the specific height and design requirements for your area. Complying with these regulations ensures legal compliance and enhances safety.
