"This is the second time I have had Victor and crew paint our house. We had hurricane windows installed and as a result all our window trim was rebuilt and required painting. It had been five years since our last painting, so we decided to redo the whole project. I first contacted Victor before the window project started and he very quickly came out to give me a quote and tentatively scheduled the painting job. Because of delays with the window project, I had to adjust the start of the painting job several times. Heaven and the scheduling crew were very flexible and accommodating in this process and once the windows were complete they were able to schedule the painting job sooner than anticipated. "FHIA replaced 17 windows and my front door with a side light. I rate them #3, because for the most part the project is getting done; however, the project started in April of 2025...due to factory corrections that were required. We're still waiting on them to finish and have the inspection done. I've already started making payments on this project with the hope they'll finish soon. There were hiccups with installation from the startup and ongoing with the various teams that would show up either with the wrong equipment or lacking what was needed to complete the job. Continue to find screws in my driveway after every visit. On the last visit my camera caught the team dumping their uneaten lunch scraps on my front lawn. If they would have asked there's a compost bin in the back they could have used for that. Because of these hiccups and various others incidents that occurred in addition to the length of time this project is taking to complete I rate them #3. I'll upload photos later."
