"Bought an abandon grain elevator site and encountered a solid concrete pour from the basement floor to above the main floor subfloor. Fifty year old concrete with up to 1 inch rock for fill was extremely hard. Their initial attempt with hand tools was working, but slow & extremely hard work. Electric jackhammers did little more than scratch it. They quit for that day & returned with a standup machine. Industrial shopvacs prevented dusting everything. Mixed & poured thinset to give me a perfectly smooth level surface to laminate floor over. All work was done promptly, cleanly and in a professional manner."

We added a few things on them last minute and they never seemed irritated or annoyed in the least. (Even though it was 100 degrees out) My husband was always in contact with Jeremy, and he was always quick to return phone calls if he didn't answer.
