"Gutters Unlimited did a fantastic job of replacing my soffits and fascia, which received a fair amount of damage from recent tropical storms. The installer, Carlton, arrived on time every day fully prepared to take on the job and his workmanship was outstanding. At one point, he discovered some significant damage under the fascia, but he and the folks at GU were able to coordinate with a roofer to make sure that the problem was fixed and the work got done. I was completely satisfied with the job that he did and appreciate his willingness to answer any questions that I had and to explain to me the work that he had done. At the end of each day, he thoroughly cleaned up, leaving no nails, screws or metal shards that could injure my two dogs. Finally, I would like to add that communication with GU was extremely easy. All of my emails were answered clearly and immediately. Working with GU was completely stress-free, their prices are reasonable and their workmanship is world-class. "We had to get the roof replaced due to hurricane damage and ended up interviewing around 10 contractors for the job. Collis Roofing was one of the last companies we met with, but we are sure glad we did. From the start, Wally was the consummate professional. He assisted us with everything from the initial assessment to helping us select an appropriate color for the shingles. He patiently walked us through the entire process. Next up was our Project Manager, Chris B, and his install team. They arrived onsite early on the day of installation, worked efficiently, and cleaned up afterward like they weren't ever there. Chris provided constant updates on the progress throughout the entire installation and took plenty of pictures for insurance purposes. After the project was complete, the torch was passed to Ashley with the account receivable department. She was able to walk me through the final invoicing and was very helpful with all payment related questions. After all payments were received, I worked with Stephanie who promptly handled the post-project deliverables, with excellent communication. "Proguard replaced my roof approximately four years ago after Hurricane Irma. It seemed like they did ok, but during Hurricane Ian, my roof started leaking in the same place it had before Proguard replaced it. When I called to ask them to come out and assess, I was told they are too busy and the woman I spoke to was incredibly rude. A four year old roof should not be leaking, and Proguard was no help."
