"Very good. I will recommend Aggies list and CTM Window cleaning in the future"

"My only complaint is that as they cleaned the outside of the windows, they did not use a towel at the bottom to catch drips from the squeegee on the bottom ledge of the black-framed windows which left watermarks and drips below the window on the white siding. The owner is very friendly and the couple who cleaned was nice but not thorough enough for the price I paid."

"Excellent! When Stella and her crew cleaned our rental property before new renters moved it, the house looked spotless. They scrubbed everything down to the floor boards, heating units and more. It looked so clean! Stella and her crew also come to our house on a weekly basis to clean. They are reliable and all the crews are great. They work together to leave a clean, orderly house. And the finishing touch of the bows and/ or roses they make on the tissue boxes and the toilet paper always leave a smile on my face. I highly recommend Stella and her crew!"

"Beautiful professional job. Could not be more pleased with the work. Ducts and dryer vent were filthy and have been wonderfully cleaned. I wholeheartedly recommend this business and will use ongoing."

"very well. Camilo got here on time, very clean and efficient work"

"Very Well Professional Showed up on time. And did an excellent job of cleaning up after themselves."

"I've been in this house over 46 years and my home was in great need of a proper cleaning. Shelly and her crew were the best choice for what I needed. Her team was fantastic! Ready for the Holidays! I plan to sell this home in the spring and I'm hoping the Dakin Spotless Cleaning team will assist me in presenting a very marketable property. They are just terrific!"

"Helene and her staff are efficient and so far have done a great job cleaning our 3-fl office building. The office, bathrooms, and kitchens were cleaned thoroughly. Our lobby has never looked cleaner."

"First and foremost, the team at Shine is professional and reliable. They arrived on time and were well-prepared with all the necessary cleaning supplies and equipment. The staff was friendly and courteous, taking the time to listen to my specific cleaning needs and preferences. The attention to detail demonstrated by the Shine team is truly impressive. They meticulously cleaned every nook and cranny of my home, from the baseboards to the ceiling corners. The result was a spotless and fresh-smelling home that looked brand new! One thing that really stood out about Shine is their commitment to using eco-friendly cleaning products. As someone who cares about the environment, I was pleased to learn that Shine uses environmentally safe cleaning solutions that are effective without harmful chemicals. It gave me peace of mind knowing that my home was cleaned using eco-friendly practices. Another aspect that I appreciated was their flexibility. Shine offers a variety of cleaning packages to suit different needs and budgets. Whether you need a one-time deep clean or regular maintenance cleaning, they have a plan that can be tailored to your requirements. The pricing was fair and transparent, with no hidden fees or surprises. After the cleaning was completed, I was amazed at how my home shone. The floors were gleaming, the countertops were spotless, and even the windows were streak-free. It was evident that the Shine team had put in the effort to make every corner of my home shine like never before."

"Reliable and excellent cleaning service. Alex and Mary and staff treated our home and furnishings like it was their own. They took great care and spent extra time on heavily soiled areas. Even removed pet stains from floors and baseboards and washed walls and windows. Alex followed up to make certain we were satisfied with the work done and offered to return to clean a window we had not noticed was overlooked. I would definitely use AV again and recommend them to friends and family."
