"I gave this man $3000 which was 33% of the job upfront. Was supposed to give him 33% at the halfway part And 34% upon completion. But when I went to my bathroom and realized you left drugs in my bathroom and I have small children. Not like that 3000 black and small cleaners caught easy and heâ s lucky he hasnâ t been charged with nothing. Only reason that happened is because I wouldnâ t pursue charges. He obviously is a drug addict and has a problem so maybe he should get help Possibly isnâ t the option maybe rehab is. If you paid for supplies, you got ripped off wait 10 years and it will all fall apart charges for certain stuff but buys different stuff so he can use the extra money to pick himself up drugs without nobody noticing, I am so terribly in grief over this. $3000 he ran off with how is Matt doing in business and not in a jail cell"

The project also included demo and installation of new tiles for the passage outside the bathroom and a new sliding barn door. The team was courteous, professional and communicated regularly with us. This was the first time we did anything at this scale (a complete gutting and rebuild of the kitchen) and the Monk's team answered all my many questions and helped set my mind at ease. They were very clear on what could be done and provided great recommendations and guidance (These cabinet, fixture, backsplash and wall colors should work well together. Update the lighting. Don't go for a super powerful range hood - it would be overkill and would require make up air (a new term for me) and additional cost). Starting from the initial review meeting and estimates, meeting with the design consultant, signing off on the contract, and ultimate the execution of the project, the Monk's team did a fantastic job. Though we ended up purchasing most of the materials from other vendors, the Monk's installation team was quick yet did a wonderful job with the flooring, a new wall, cabinets, painting, plumbing, backsplash, lighting, electrical, repairing the window area, venting range hood to the outside, and removal and reattachment of appliances.
