After your roof is treated, you will receive a warranty against moss re-growth. For the cleanest roof there is no harsh pressure washing and it will not injure animals, wild or domestic, with no offensive odors. It is biodegradable and environmentally compatible air vs. water for about 95% of the homes we service annually. We use 100 psi of air pressure vs. a pressure washer which puts out 1200psi to 3000 psi and around 2 to 12 gallons a minute. We offer a number of different types of covers for your specific needs.
