"Making an inspection appointment was very easy, and the inspection happened quickly. I was not prepared for the information about maintenance needs for metal roofing. Nobody tells you metal roofing requires maintenance when they sell it to you. So all the photos and information was vitally important. With that information, we made a well informed decision to get our surprised maintenance done asap. It took some time for our supplies that were ordered to arrive, which doesn't surprise me at all with our wonky home. Once everything was in, the job was scheduled and completed in 2 days. The difference between the minimal materials that were on the roof, and the materials being installed was a HUGE impact. We feel like our roof is definitely secure now. Local businesses are always the best way to go. They know the weather for the area, and how to keep your roof operational for many years. Highly recommend this company. They are our go-to for all things roof related."

"Hired based on previous reviews and not disappointed. Tireless worker who goes the extra mile to complete the job to the customerâ s satisfaction. Impressed with knowledge of his craft, attention to detail and skillset. Would hire him again for future projects."

"Excellent service. Arrived on time and made quick work. Roof looks brand new"

"Erik was a pleasure to work with and was professional and reasonable at all times. He came out and did an immediate repair before a big storm was due and then followed up on other gutter issues at a later time. All the charges were fair and clearly stated before work was done. Options were given and we never felt pressured. Erik and the crew were always helpful. We will contact A-1 first for any future gutter issues."

"S&S provided exemplary and timely service at a very reasonable price. I will definitely return to S&S whenever a roof replacement is required."

"Sales rep was very knowledgeable. I asks for references in the area of my home of satisfied customers. Never heard back from him."

"Dylan not only underbid the competition (he did my gutters and light roof maitenance for less than competitors would do the same gutter service for alone), he was so much more enjoyable to work with. He offers personalized service, was easy to get in touch with, and was very responsive to the many questions I had about my home's needs. He finished the job quickly and was incredibly thorough in his work. I'd definitely hire Dylan again, though he set me up with such great gutter guards that my gutters should be maintenance-free for quite some time!"

"Jason and his team did an outstanding job. The tasks were completed in a timely manner. The Professional Home Repair & Maintenance team is quality-conscious and their pricing is competitive. They cleaned up the work site after completing the tasks. Jason and his team are my "go-to guys" for home repair and maintenance."
