He is willing to put in a ton of work early in the process to gain your business and trust - that includes 3D CAD designs, multiple site visits, and sit down discussions. I think the job was larger than they were expecting, even though the owner came by to look at the project before starting. All in all, the contractor did a stellar job for the price Home Advisor quoted. It took longer than we thought. I don't think Home Advisor did a good job of estimating the cost for them."
