This time Vic fixed a leaking toilet that had been improperly installed by another contractor. It was a challenging job because the toilet is in a VERY small bathroom and has to be installed perfectly. Vic re-mounted the toilet, fixed all prior issues, cleaned the area and all is thankfully back to normal. Vic is a reliable and friendly person and we will surely be calling him back for all of our plumbing issues."

"It went very well.  He knew exactly what he was doing and he was able to fix all of our plumbing problems.  We will contact him again because he did a great job.  Our only problem was the cost but if the problems are taken care of, we will look to American for a quality job as we have had plumbers/handymen who end up costing us more in the long run.  The plumber, Dan, seemed to enjoy working on old plumbing and he was able to fix the issues with our very old and problematic plumbing right away.
