As soon as I spoke with Laurie, I knew immediately that DLCC would be my choice. Laurie is extremely pleasant, she answered all of my questions confidently you could actually hear the smile in her voice. She assured me that our carpet would look refreshed and new after their cleaning, and I can tell you that it truly does. One of our family members requires a walker/wheelchair and the continual tracking began to show dirt and slight wear in the carpet. DLCC cleaned the carpet while I was at work, and when I returned home, I could not believe how good it looked; plush and clean as when we first moved in. Tim did an excellent job of getting our entire main level clean. Will I use DL Carpet Care again? You know it! I would much rather see DLCC on a regular basis than to have new carpet installed. "Professional, courteous, came on time. the pet odor was taken care of in the back bedroom. Stains removed, carpet looked clean and fresh. I had Tom redo the bottom three stairs to the den. This carpet is a Berber and did not clean as well as the other stairwell. The Berber Carpet is a much tighter weave. The entire carpet took longer to dry than the stated 2 to 4 hours. He walked me through the process, told me where to find more info on youTube, how to fold the rug and pack it up for shipping (from MA to FLA). Martin arranged for FedX to pick up the rug the next day. The rug arrived at Martin's place a few days later and he contacted me as soon as he received and gave me updates on progress.
