"Carl was very informative and walked you through his whole process and explained everything. Gave advice with all issues we had and super friendly. I loved that he used chemicals that were safe for our kids and dogs and turtle. Very friendly and his wife who helped me with the scheduling was also very sweet, kind and so nice.
