"We hired these guys through Anthony Aizpuru as the project manager to build a custom home for my elderly mother. Despite our attempts to convince my mother not to go with this guy as there was currently a pending ROC complaint at the time she decided to use him. He knew my father had just passed away and I believe he used this to take advantage of my mom. Unfortunately, the experience has been extremely disappointing to say the least. Despite receiving a significant amount of money upfront, the contractor consistently missed deadlines, failed to pass multiple inspections, and eventually abandoned the project without completing the work.Communication was poor, and attempts to get updates or resolutions were either ignored or delayed. As of today, the home remains incomplete, and we?ve had to seek legal advice and alternative options to fix the situation. The only thing he did quickly was a demolition. do not hire for reno or construction"
