"It took me a while to gather my thoughts about Alpine Turf to leave this review. I?m sad to say that Alpine Turf is a purchase I absolutely regret. My house is a new-build in Maricopa, with the biggest yard you can buy. My Alpine Turf representative was Justin. He did an excellent job of explaining their products and assured us of the great quality his company offers for our landscaping goals. We went with the higher end turf (which was an amazing choice) with cement curbing (instead of pavers), some pavers, and rock, all totaling close to $20K. CONS: My daughter caught one of the workers URINATING in the corner of my brand-new house. An employee of Alpine Turf was urinating into the yard Alpine Turf was paid $20K to work on. What makes this traumatic is the fact that my daughter screamed and called all her siblings and I to the window to look down at a man urinating in my yard and on my cement wall. The unfortunate part is that there were Port-O-Johns a few feet away that the Alpine"

From the beginning, the paperwork and process were confusing, inaccurate, and misleading: The pro forma contract omitted key details, such as pricing of specific materials or precise scope of work. The amendment SP sent later incorrectly listed our patio as the area to be paved, even though we only wanted our driveway & walkway. The amendment also increased the price, but failed to include accurate quantities, drawings, or clear scope. SP never worked on the patio - and promised they would reduce the contract price to reflect the actual work performed. Despite our repeated requests, they refused to provide a final invoice with correct pricing. Instead of working with us in good faith, they abruptly filed a lawsuit. We believe this constitutes Deceptive & Unfair Business Practices!"

Our project, which involved turf installation, pavers, and a new grill, cost over $60,000 in trying to fix their lack of due diligence on the project. The goal was to conserve water with turf in our 2,000 square-foot backyard. This cost us more and saved no water over the 3 years due to a water irrigation leak caused by their failure to properly close off irrigation lines before laying the turf which they were given ample warning. This negligence led to over $5,000 in additional water waste and higher utility bills, something we only discovered after hiring a leak detection company. Nothing"
