Get matched with top existing skylight repair, replacements or sealing pros in Mesa, AZ

"They were able to replace the skylight in less than 2 weeks after the quote. They did a good job and make the finish on the inside look good. A few weeks later, there was a heavy rain and my new skylight is no longer leaking like my old one that was replaced."

"Before Thanksgiving, I found a leak in the bathroom. I called this company and they came out the same day to check out the problem. Two weeks later, the roof was repaired - two exhaust seals were replaced with aluminum for $600. The leak was fixed which was great. I also asked for a couple of additional minor repairs while they were on the roof and they agreed. However, this work was never done and the company is not responding back. Because of this lack of customer service, I gave an overall 3 rating."

"Daniel responded within a few hours to my request for a quote on roof leak repair. Upon arriving and checking out the roof, Daniel identified the problem and showed me quite a few photos to substantiate his findings. We gave him the job and they were able to finish in a timely manner. The work performed was thorough and a job well done."

"I just had my roof replaced and I highly recommend this company. The quality of the work and products they use are by far the best. They are also prompt and meet timelines given. Get the job done right at a competitive price point. My neighbors even commented on what a great job they did."

"Our main installer was Jesus, and he carefully explained each step of the work and then went over all the information we would need to know. We are very happy with all three items, saving electricity with the SolaTube as we no longer have to turn lights on during the day in our Master bath dressing area, we hope that the Solar attic fan is helping to keep the house cooler by exchanging the air in the attic when it gets hot. In our small home office we replaced an old skylight with new double glass skylight with a shade system and this has made a big difference in the office. Sunshine Experts, LLC did a great job for us and we are very happy to recommend them when anyone asks us about our experience."

"Extremely fast service. Highly knowledgeable. The replacement of my two skylights was so seamlessly I barely heard him on my roof. He was done in minutes! Great service! Highly recommend. Would use them again but don’t think I’ll need to based on their quality of work. Very happy."

"Sent pictures of roof tile damage and got a quote within hours. Mix up in scheduling and they re- scheduled to come and repair when I was available. Very impressed with the front office and how they managed to work to my schedule. Work was completed on time and at the quotes price. Price could have been better (less), but I paid for excellence and promptness in addition to the professional repair of the broken and cracked roof tiles."

"I recently had my foam roof coated with Elastomeric coating by Alex James McMillan in Arizona, and I couldnâ t be happier with the results. From the initial consultation to the completion of the project, Alex was professional, knowledgeable, and attentive to detail. He explained the benefits of the Elastomeric coating thoroughly and provided a clear and reasonable estimate. The work was carried out promptly and efficiently. Alex ensured that every part of the roof was properly coated, enhancing its durability and energy efficiency. The quality of the workmanship is evident, and my roof looks great. I highly recommend Alex James McMillan for any roofing needs, especially for those looking for top-notch Elastomeric coating services. His expertise and dedication to customer satisfaction truly set him apart. Feel free to customize any part of this review to better reflect your personal experience!"
