There were never any extras that were 'forgotten' or tacked on. The work was scheduled and done in a very timely manner and DEFINITELY seems to have fixed some major issues we were having. Cedric was also very gracious and conscientious about returning to complete work that could not be completed originally or that was discovered after or created by the original work done. I have no reason to believe that the repairs will hold for the foreseeable future.
