"February 1 2026 I was looking for a contractor to finish some yard work. I have had some bad luck in the past trying to find a reliable person/contractor in the past. I found "home advisor.com" online. So I decided to give them a try. I filled out the questionnaire and waited to see what happened.. I was contacted by the owner (Jose) of J EVOLUTION CONSTRUCTION. We spoke on the phone and he offered to come over to look at the job so he could offer a bid on the work. He came to my house and after our conversation about what work was required he offered a verbal bid. I told him I would get back with him. I called him and accepted his offer and within an hour he sent me a written estaminet with detailed scope of work to be done. The next morning the work crew showed up and started working The work was completed on schedule with no issues. His crew was professional and a very hard working crew. "I felt they did a lovely job. We have a lot of river rock in the front yard and they do an especially nice job using the leaf blower to clean that all out. Nice trimming. They like to be sure what I would like, and they do their best. They came back the next week to spray for weeds and the applicator did such a neat and careful job!
