"I needed a thermostat repair, Gentry was very responsive and had someone out to fix the problem the next day. They were very easy to work with, I would definitely reach out for future projects."

"We have two six-foot wide sliding mirror doors for our upstairs closet that have never really slid easily in the nine years we’ve lived here. One of the wheels (that guide the door on a rail on top) broke making it near impossible to open or close. As a home-repair klutz, I knew better than to tackle a deceptively simple job like this. Replacing a wheel on a huge mirrored door – what could go wrong, right? So I called One Man and A Toolbox and asked for our favorite go-to guy – Henry. We’ve used Henry on so many jobs (see our other reviews), always with great outcomes and expert-level workmanship. Henry reasoned that if one wheel was bad, all four wheels most likely needed replacing. He was right. For the first time in nine years both mirrored panels now slide easy-peasy -- with the use of only a finger. Seriously."

"This was the only appliance repair company listed for me and when I called, the receptionist was very polite and professional, but sadly, had to tell me they no longer service my area. It's amazing how hard it is to find a reliable appliance repair company these days."

"Tracey and Jonathan came and emptied the garage and sorted out the junk vs good things.  They organized the times into like groupings and then determined how many stations/sections or areas the garage need to be neat and organized.  THey then cleaned the empty garage and painted the walls.  They determined what shelving would be needed and we purchased all parts needed for this. They assembled the shelving and loaded all things on the shelving in a neat and orderly fashion.  For the tool box (a medium storage chest type) Jonathan built a base that was on wheels so that the chest could be easily moved where needed.  He then built a nice work table that slid over the chest (on wheels also) for workspace which could be moved where needed.  Jonathan built a desk using some old cabinets we had as a base (as a crafting area).  All tools are nice and organized in one part of the garage, beach items/chairs in one part, crafting/paints in one part?.  Tracey also painted the doors on the cabinets beautifully using a lighter and a  medium shade of aqua green.  Some old shutters we had were used in the window -- it is not only a clean and wonderfully organized garage - it is functional and so beautiful!!!!! <br /> Jonathan and Tracey have wonderful manners.  They are sweet and helpful in every way imaginable.  Just tell them what you are thinking and need and they will come up with a solution.  They work long, hard hours to get the job done.  We have used them before for organizing our townhouse.  They helped us move/sort through 30 years and a large house worth of stuff to a small town home.  They created great spaces that are fully functional.  The neatest creation was an appliance bar.  This is a nook space where they built custom shelves with pull out sliders for the appliances.  You may pull the appliance out and you have a workspace and when done you just slide it back into its home.   <br /> Tracey cleans our house twice a month and it is so nice when she is done.  It smells fresh and clean, the towels are all arranged so artfully on the towel bars, everything just sparkles.  If she sees where I am having difficulty in any area with storage she helps and arranges things usefully.   <br /> You will not go wrong selecting this business to help you with organizing and cleaning. <br /> <br />"

"After purchasing the property, we approached Jeff on Angie's List to do general work around the building - interior and exterior. There was a lot of work on the table, and we discovered new issues with the building along the way. The repair list kept getting longer... Jeff listened to our concerns, offered practical and economical solutions, and took care of them one by one. The great thing about Jeff is that he has extensive knowledge and expertise about all things construction. I worked besides him on several items at the office and learned much. He also has a reliable source of references he calls on for specialty work, such as Earl with the air conditioning units. I also would like to apologize to other potential customers for not being able to employ his services during the summer of 2017. Here's a list of jobs performed over the four months he was here. Exterior: Painting - walls, doors, burglar bars Gutter-work - painting, installation Electrical - GFCI installation and wiring That magnificent backyard fence with the inappropriate stick figure stuck in the cement Interior: Three Bathrooms redesigned (including tub, faucet, counters, wall texturing) Water heater repair Dry wall work Custom wood-working for a bathroom shelf Interior Painting - walls and ceiling, sideboards, wallpaper Electrical wiring - running new outlets, fixing open-hots Counter-top install and repair. Furniture installation - desk, bookshelves Interior lighting - ripping out old lights and installing new cam lights."
