"Perfect! The removal of the pre-existing concrete patio took and entire day of hard work with some heavy equipment and lots of muscle. Once the old concrete was removed and disposed of, the site was excavated to prepare the underlying base of crushed stone and sand for the pavers. The paver installation went well, but required last minute cutting into small pieces to fit some difficult spots (around the cellar hatchway). Everything looks beautiful compared to the older poured concrete. We're totally satisfied with the project and the team who did the work!"

"I hired Apex to do some finished carpentry on a basement finish he trimmed all the doors and windows, installed baseboard, installed wainscoting on the wet bar, and trimmed the outside door, I am very happy with the quality of his work, his quote was very reasonable, he was very responsive when I had questions, he showed up when he said he would and he cleaned up after himself, I will definitely use them again, Ken is going to be my go to guy for sure!"

"We liked Jim from the moment we met him. He listened to us explain what weâ  d like and he offered suggestions and showed us material ( pavers) that could be used. He explained what could be done to enhance our backyard patio section,. He payed attention to our concerns about grade and edging. "The whole project went well, exactly as I requested, and completed in less than a day. Rehired for a fencing project which also went well. I found then to be efficient, pleasant very respectful. Cleaned up after themselves once each project was complete. Have plans to rehire for other future projects."

"The reason why we did not give 5 stars for this project: 1. The project materials deposited on our neighbors backyard. It took a long time to get someone from the company to come to move it to our lot. Still, he left some of it and we had to move it ourselves. 2. Despite our requests to start the noisy work at 8AM the work always started at 7:30AM. 3. The brick part of the porch was supposed to be pointed the project manager asked us to agree to remove the low brick wall and wanted to charge us $8K for it while pointing is more work intensive than removing the bricks. At the end he lowered the price but did not do the pointing on the remainder of the bricks that left in the supporting columns. We had to hire someone to do it and it cost us extra $950. 4. When the trash container removed from our backyard, we left with a lot of debris and again we needed to clean it ourselves."
