"20+ years ago Shaun done a great job and cut down couple trees for me. It was long time ago, a time without Angi. Now in May 2023, he done another good job for me by cutting done 1 tree. Good communication, quick response, good price. I wasn’t at home when they performed the work.Everything done right as I expected a good Contractor would do. "I gave them a deposit on 11/2/21 via check for work to start on 11/19/21. On 11/7/21, I decided I'd rather wait until spring to do the work. Now, they are NOT returning my deposit in spite of telling me they will. I've texted them three times and am now sending a letter requesting my money back. It's been over two months and I am still chasing them. As of today, they have NOT responded to a BBB complaint!"
