When a problem arose with several windows, we called Karoly and Jesse Laskowske, Operations Manager, came to my home to inspect and secured the problem. He also directed me how to submit a warranty claim and was instrumental in dealing with the adjuster. When replacement parts arrived, 2 Karoly employees spent 4 hours making the repairs. "Dealing with contractors after Hurricane Ian was a complete mess with every other company but BNT. Ricardo my sales rep went beyond anything I expected. The process was seamless from our initial consultation to the completed project. With the home being on an island, the installers stayed at my place and left it better then they arrived. When I came and inspected the windows after installation I was impressed with the workmanship and detail. It was a tough install and they left it looking amazing. Highly recommend BNT and Ricardo."

"The entire project from the initial telephone call to the installation of a new glass window pane was trouble-free, fast and efficient. Anamaria and Manuel were informative and pleasant to work with. A neighbor came by while the window replacement was being worked on and is interested in having work done on their property; they were impressed with the short time frame of having the repairs completed."

"Contracted 12/8/21. Work done in Aug due to supply chain (no concern there). They installed everything and after installation I pointed out concerns with screens, windows, and a sliding door. Project Manager Gino came and inspected. Validated scratches in glass were significant and needed to be replaced. Scratches impair visibility and are beyond 3" in and in multiples. Scratches caused from installation and not manufacturer. Well beyond ASTM "industry" standards. Said door was installed backwards and he would talk to Scott about how to fix. Over a year of emails and phone calls and this company shirks blame. Scott is a coward and does not return calls or emails. I am actively engaged with lawyers and am in process of fling to sue for this company to complete work. Oh, and their BBB record? They ignore complaints here just like their customers.
